Confidentiality
As a result of data protection laws and our professional obligation to our clients, we are unable to discuss any aspect of a third party's visit to Chill unless you are a Parent/Guardian of a child.
Any information or data disclosed to Chill or any employee within, is strictly confidential and is given with the understanding that it will be held confidentially and never disclosed to third parties without prior consent or the direction of a court of law.
Therefore
We cannot give any information to a clients spouse or friend unless the client is present and gives consent.
The same applies to the parent or any other relatives of a legally competent adult.
We understand that this may occasionally cause practical difficulties such as when a friend/relative comes to pick up a client but we are constrained by a strict code of confidentially.

Refunds and Exchanges
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Returns will be made in the same payment method as the purchase. Gift vouchers are not refundable, however the gift certificate value may be exchanged for services, workshops or courses.
